Experience and competence have made the company a point of reference for many customers all over the world.
In the era of industry 4.0, entrepreneurial ability and a strategic vision of market evolution, supported by constant investment in research and development, are the keys to guarantee constant and profitable growth.
The current corporate structure of ICF & Welko got a consolidation, thanks to the entry into the Keda group, market leader in Asia. In particular, the plants realized by ICF & Welko are made of high quality materials and represent the state of the art in the preparation of ceramic bodies, in the drying and firing of ceramic tiles. They stand out for their great flexibility in terms of formats and thicknesses produced and an optimal yield in terms of quantity and quality of the finished product.
Not only that, ICF & Welko, every year, re-invests part of its profit in the research and development of technological solutions with low environmental impact.
For this reason, ICF & Welko machines have energy consumption levels that are among the lowest in their category. The dryer and the kiln are both equipped with the most modern technical solutions, including the new range of high efficiency IWB burners which guarantee excellent performance in terms of fuel consumption, temperature uniformity along the firing channel and reduced levels of NOx and CO. Further advantages of the IWB burner are the wide operating range, also available in the modulated gas and air versions (stoichiometric combustion ratio kept constant as the required power varies). Ease of maintenance and inspection and the best vortex mixing are further features that qualify the IWB burner as a standard component of ICF & Welko kilns. The equipment for the use of hydrogen-methane blended fuel is also available.
