Italpisos, primary Ecuadorian ceramic company of the Eljuri group, has announced the introduction of the revolutionary Migratech dry body preparation line.
Supplied by LB, it is designed to meet production requirements of up to 30 tonnes per hour. This innovative line enables the production of single firing by increasing the final product size and offering the customer significant savings in production costs. The line consists of an MRV mill with vertical rollers and a GRC 900 granulator complete with fluidised bed dryer, which guarantees total granulation of the mixture, with a grain size similar to spray-dried material.
Thanks to this cutting-edge technological solution, Italpisos will achieve savings of over 50% on production costs, while maintaining the final aesthetic quality and increasing the size of formats up to 60×60 cm. This technological innovation not only saves substantial quantities of water, but also brings significant energy savings by significantly reducing gas consumption.
