I.C.F. & WELKO SPA, a historic company based in Maranello and a leader in thermal machinery for large formats, has successfully launched a custom-designed kiln at the prestigious KALEBODUR company (Turkey) for the management of large porcelain stoneware slabs with a thickness of 3 and 5 mm, a type of product for which KALEBODUR is a market leader.
The supply consists of:
1 horizontal dryer 25 meters long, equipped with the most modern automation systems for managing recirculation fans and exhaust air extraction.
1 WFRE 1400 kiln, 150 meters long, equipped with the new IWB 30 burner, in a tubed configuration in the and-of-firing and rapid cooling zone with wider temperature adjustments.
The ICF & WELKO kilns used in the production of ceramic tiles consume on average 10%-15% less energy than the machines currently available on the market and guarantee high productivity and quality.
