To increase efficiency and productivity in the production of the mosaics, Ferrari & Cigarini has projected the new model FAST MOSAIC MOVER, an automatic system for arranging the mosaics (marble, ceramics, glass) in the relevant grids or trays.
Thanks to the use of a robot, with a special fan, FAST MOSAIC MOVER picks the mosaic pieces up, when they comes from the cut, and put them into the trays that will go later to the glueing machine.
The use of robot, respect to the previous systems, allows a big reduction of working time, short cycle times and consequently an increase of company productivity.
FAST MOSAIC MOVER is equipped with a video camera integrated and a software for the management of high-speed picking.
