ESFEL has made a major technological investment by acquiring a sophisticated micronization line for feldspar and quartz from LB. This innovative solution ranges from the loading hopper to the outlet of the wind separator, enabling 2.5 tons per hour, sub-70-micron size, ground with the 15,000-liter MCS ball mill.
The decision to adopt this line was driven by the reaserch to improve the quality of the final product and by the desire to optimize production costs compared to the previous configuration. With this state-of-the-art technology provided by LB, ESFEL will be able to reduce production costs and increase production capacity. The 15,000-liter MCS mill, equipped with allubit lining and grinding charge, plays a key role in process improvement and optimization.
