La fiera di Monaco di Baviera (10-13 aprile 2018) vede il Gruppo presente in uno stand di 700mq (hall B6) con tutte le ultime novità tecnologiche.
Leader mondiale nella progettazione, produzione e commercializzazione di macchinari ed impianti completi per l’industria ceramica, Sacmi esporrà alla fiera internazionale Ceramitec 2018 la propria gamma completa di soluzioni per la produzione di articoli in polveri metalliche, refrattari, ceramici tecnici, sanitari, stoviglieria e piastrelle.
Prima dell’evento, il 9 aprile, si terrà lo speciale TEAM Day, il simposio tecnico internazionale organizzato da TEAM by Sacmi (Technology and Experience for Advanced Ceramics). E’ dal 2007 che le aziende Laeis, Riedhammer, Sama, Alpha Ceramics, Gaiotto e Sacmi Imola hanno riunito tutte le capacità di progettazione e di sviluppo macchine/processi nel settore dei ceramici tecnici ed in altri campi. Dopo il TEAM Day, che vedrà lo sviluppo di temi di assoluto interesse per gli operatori del settore, spazio alla fiera vera e propria, dove il Gruppo Sacmi sarà presente con uno spazio espositivo di 700 mq (hall B6).
Protagonista dello stand è la Business Unit Sacmi Metal Powder che espone a Ceramitec l’ultima versione della sua MPH200, la pressa idraulica completamente automatizzata che, dalla sua presentazione nel 2015 in occasione della scorsa edizione di Ceramitec, ha riscosso un enorme successo grazie a performance impareggiabili, basso consumo energetico, e grazie all’ Advanced Programming Interface (API) estremamente intuitiva.
I visitatori avranno inoltre la possibilità di conoscere più da vicino le novità della gamma che la B.U. Sacmi Metal Powder offre ora al mercato, tra cui la MPH800, la più grande della serie, accanto alle molteplici new entry in cantiere per il 2018, quali i nuovi modelli Sacmi MPH080 e MPH120 e una rivoluzionaria innovazione per la produzione di ingranaggi elicoidali. Massima attenzione sarà data alle soluzioni Industry 4.0 – dalla manutenzione predittiva all’ottimizzazione e tracciabilità del processo – realizzate grazie a “H.E.R.E.” (Human Expertise for Reactive Engineering), l’avanzata suite software Sacmi che consente il monitoraggio di tutte le performance delle singole macchine, del reparto e dell’intero impianto.
Accanto alle soluzioni per il metal powder, Sacmi coglie l’occasione della fiera di Monaco di Baviera per presentare il nuovo modulo per la decorazione digitale a umido DHD 708-8, appositamente progettato per la decorazione delle stoviglie e completo di sistema di ispezione per offrire al cliente la totale garanzia sulla qualità dell’output. Anche in questo caso, il nuovo modulo DHD 708-8 si affianca alle molteplici soluzioni in gamma per la decorazione sia in crudo sia in cotto di piatti ed altre tipologie di articoli, con dimostrazioni dal vivo sull’utilizzo delle diverse tecniche che saranno proposte in fiera.

At Ceramitec, on a large stand covering almost 700 m2 at the entrance to hall B6, the SACMI Powder Metal Division will be displaying an upgraded version of its MPH200, a fully automatic hydraulic press that has been extremely successful since its presentation at Ceramitec 2015 thanks to unparalleled performance, low energy consumption and extremely user-friendly PM press programming (API).
In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the latest products SACMI now offers the market, such as the MPH800, the largest press in the range, and see the highlights of the many innovations in the pipeline for 2018, starting with two new press models (MPH080 and MPH120) and a truly revolutionary solution for helical gears. SACMI will also be displaying the new DHD 708-8, a digital decoration machine for tableware, complete with a plate inspection system to guarantee maximum print quality.
