After opening their new logistics headquarters in Tennessee USA, BMR continues its internationalization process by signing an important collaboration agreement with the Mexican company Italcer SA de CV.

For BMR, the focus on constant technological evolution always goes hand in hand with the recognized value of the customer and the customer service it provides.

For this reason, BMR based in Scandiano (Reggio Emilia), leader in the design and manufacture of complete polishing/lapping-treatment lines and cutting/splitting-squaring lines for ceramic tiles and slabs has decided to establish an important partnership with Italcer SA de CV. The Mexican company, specialized in the sale of machinery and spare parts for the ceramics industry, has its headquarters in Puebla, the capital city of the Mexican state of Puebla.

In the nineties, the insight of Giancarlo Ori led to the establishment of Italcer. The company has distinguished itself throughout the local market because of the reliability and professionalism of its sales and after sales services centred on advanced technologies for the ceramics industry. It has expanded its presence and customer focus in the country with branches in San Luis Potosí and Monterrey.

The collaboration between Italcer and BMR is an important achievement for BMR that recently opened a new branch in Dickson, Tennessee (USA), which is dedicated exclusively to logistics and customer services.

The new agreement with the Mexican company is part of the company’s internationalization process that began some time ago with the opening of several branches throughout the world, aimed mainly at ensuring the best possible customer support services for the main markets.

The presence of BMR, the flagship company of the Italian ceramics district known throughout the world for its end of line equipment for the ceramics industry, in Mexico extends its area of expansion even further.  It also adds to the Made in Italy value at an international level, as regards continuous innovation in plant and technologies.
